Armory Revealed and Hologram Ability Explained
The Holograph Ability
First, lets get the hologram ability out of the way. You probably remember last week’s video of the gang from Rooster Teeth showing off a re-made Blood Gultch in which a dummy or holograph ability was used. Bungie explains this pretty simply: point your reticule and press the left bumper down. A hologram of yourself will appear and run to the location you pointed at. The hologram will stay active for 10 seconds or until killed.

The Armory
Bungie had stated a while back that Spartans and Elites would be highly customizable, well, now we know for sure. In the most recent weekly update, a whole crap load of info was written but i’ll just give you the gist: You’ll be able to customize pretty much everything from a shoulder pad to a helmet. There will be base items that will initially cost a decent amount, for example a helmet. There will then be a slew of augmentations or add-ons for that helmet that will be much cheaper than the base-price for the helmet. Bungie also makes a point to say that there will be augmentations that will drastically change the base item and will be priced accordingly.(it’ll be expensive..)
Avatar Helmets!
Cute right? Bungie will be giving away the Noble 6 helmet to attendees at various events, including Comicon next week. The rest are surely up for grabs but there’s no telly what hoops we’ll have to jump through to get them. Then again, maybe they’ll just be a cool 120 Microsoft points.
