Bungie appears to be pulling out the big guns this time around. Many New features have been added to the Halo: Reach multiplayer experience. ShackNews recently got the scoop on a wide variety of both small and large changes that will be going into Reach’s Multiplayer . Possibly the largest change will be “Arena Playlists”, in which harcore gamers will advance through seasons to reach the top. Along with this comes great new preferences to the way you will be matched-up in multiplayer. Take a look at the list below for a summary of these changes.

New features include:

-Active Roster – See what your friends are doing within Halo: Reach(like Halo 2)

-Queue Joining – auto-join a party when the party is available, like after a game.

-Improved Voting System – Vote  on more than just one Map/Gametype

-Arena Playlists – For the hardcore only. Setup in Seasons, players strive to advance.

-Ranked and Social Combined – Smart matching system will generally give you Ranked matches but will go to social if your party is too large.

-Streamlined Party-up – When a game is over, players will have to opt-out otherwise all players will start another game together.

-Matchmaking Connection Options – Choose to only player with like-skill players, players with good connections, ect.

-Social Settings – Prefer to team-up with “chatty”, “team-work”, ect. type players to improve the quality of Multiplayer.
